Projects in the field of recreation, construction of residential buildings, industry are going to be implemented by investors in the Republic of Crimea. The corresponding memorandums of cooperation were signed by the delegation of the region within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).
Important and necessary projects for the republic are going to be implemented by investors in Crimea. The memorandums were signed within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The approximate amount of investments, according to the signed memoranda on the 1st day of the forum, is about 100 billion rubles. The forum is an excellent platform for presenting the possibilities of the republic, negotiations with potential investors, concluding agreements and establishing strong business contacts.— said Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers — Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko.
According to the vice-premier, Specialized Developer Slavyansky LLC plans to build a multi-apartment residential complex in Simferopol with an expected investment of 55 billion rubles.
The same investor plans to build a resort and recreational and residential complex in Feodosia for 19.7 billion rubles.
In Feodosia, Chernomorsky Pipe Plant LLC plans to build a plant for the production of polyethylene pipes for 1.1 billion rubles.
In Simferopol, Stepusspace LLC is a plant for the disposal of medical waste for 408 million rubles.
Memorandums of cooperation were also signed on the construction of a recreation center in Koktebel, a multifunctional office complex in Simferopol.
The delegation is headed by Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov. The delegation includes: Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Permanent Representative of the Republic of Crimea to the President of the Russian Federation Georgy Muradov, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Anna Anyukhina, Minister of Economic Development of the Republic of Crimea Dmitry Sheryako, Chairman of the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea on Property and Land Relations Evgenia Dobrynya, Chairman of the Committee State Council of the Republic of Crimea on Information Policy, Information Technologies and Communications Ivan Manucharov.
As part of today’s signings, an agreement on cooperation was signed between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea and Sberbank, an agreement on cooperation with the Kherson region, and an agreement was signed between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea and the Government of the Donetsk People’s Republic on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation. The agreement was signed by Georgy Muradov and Acting Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin.
