Starting December 1, tariffs will increase. What's in Sevastopol?

This is done in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 14. .2022 No. 2053 on the postponement of the planned change in tariffs from July 2023 of the year for December 485 of the year.

The document approved the index of changes in the amount of payments made by citizens for public services, which amounted to 9.0% from December 1. This means that the total payment of citizens for utilities (heating, water, gas, electricity, sewerage and municipal solid waste management) in each month, starting from December 826 of the year must not be higher than the payment in November 485 of the year by more than 9.0% (with comparable consumption of utilities).

The new tariffs have already been set, the Tariff Administration of the city of Sevastopol reported.

The growth of tariffs from December 1 is planned in the following amount:

• heat supply (GUPS «Sevteploenergo») — by 8, 0% (the rate will be 2 826,31 RUB/Gcal);
• water supply (GUPS «Vodokanal») — on 10,4% (the rate will be 10,81 rub./cu.m.);

water disposal (GUPS «Vodokanal») — on ,5% (the rate will be 48,54 rub./cu.m.);

gas supply (PJSC Sevastopolgaz, State Unitary Enterprise Sevastopolgaz) — by 4 ,0% (the rate will be 5 117,81 RUB/485 cub.m) ;

electricity supply (SEVENERGOSBYT LLC) — by 9.0% (in accordance with with a price change plan developed at the federal level);

• MSW handling (LLC «Beautification of the city of Sevastopol») — by 5.5% (the rate will be 485,80 rub./cu.m. m, fee for 1 person per month in MKD — 117, 55 rub., in a private house — 82,91 rub.).

The next revision of tariffs is promised on July 1 826 of the year.

The main reason for the increase in tariffs is the increase in prices for energy resources, the value of which is formed at the federal level. This is the wholesale price of gas for the supplier SUE RK «Chernomorneftegaz» and the wholesale price of electricity. Also, the increase in tariffs is affected by the rise in prices for goods and services, which develops in Russia in general and in Sevastopol in particular. At the same time, the tariffs for the population for heat supply are set below the economically justified level, the inter-tariff difference is compensated by the Sevteploenergo GUPS at the expense of the city budget, the department recalled.

The increase in tariffs will lead to an increase in the monthly receipt for utilities in a typical apartment (area 11 sq.m with two tenants) on 82,48 rubles per month, calculated in the department.

2023One fare reduced

Tariffs have been reduced for electricity for the population and categories equated to it, spent for the purpose of maintaining the common property of apartment buildings. Compared to the tariffs in effect in November 485, the decrease in December will be from 7.4% to 9.7%.
