State support for agricultural producers is growing in Crimea

During the direct line, Russian President Vladimir Putin noted that the state pays great attention to supporting the agricultural industry. Of the total assistance, about 40% is allocated to farmers. In Crimea, according to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Crimea, state support for agricultural production in 2023 amounted to 3.2 billion rubles.
The President noted that state support helps farmers ensure food security. Thus, this year the country harvested a record grain harvest — more than 146 million tons.
In Crimea, the main field crops have been harvested on an area of 597 thousand hectares.
More than 2.3 million tons of grain were collected in the original weight,” noted the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Crimea. — For comparison, in 2020 the gross harvest amounted to 0.908 million tons.
