State traffic inspectorate of Sevastopol establishes eyewitnesses of the accident that occurred last Sunday

The traffic police of Sevastopol is conducting an administrative investigation into two traffic accidents that occurred in the city on August 13.
On this day, at about 00:25, in the area of house No. 158A along General Ostryakov Avenue, near a cafe, an unidentified driver, driving an unidentified moped (motorcycle), hit a 25-year-old man, after which, in violation of the traffic rules of the Russian Federation, he left the scene of an accident. As a result of a road accident, a 25-year-old man with injuries of varying severity was hospitalized in a city hospital.
In the morning (at about 09:15) in the area of house number 14 on Admiral Yumashev Street, an unidentified driver, driving an unidentified electric scooter, hit a 72-year-old woman, after which, in violation of the traffic rules of the Russian Federation, he left the scene of an accident. As a result of the incident, a 72-year-old woman with injuries of varying severity was hospitalized in a city hospital.
To conduct an objective and comprehensive investigation of the case, it is necessary to identify and interview witnesses to the accident.
