Statistics: 18% of apartments in new buildings in Sevastopol at Avito Nedvizhimost are sold by promotion

Analysts of Avito Real Estate have studied how many apartments in the primary market of Russia are currently being sold using special offers. On average across the country, 59% of objects in new buildings can be purchased on a promotional basis, and this number does not change much depending on the format of apartments. 62% of studios, 59% of singles, 58% of twos and 56% of threes sell under special offers.

At the same time, the share of proposals for shares differs greatly from region to region. Among the 33 cities that participated in the Avito Real Estate study, apartments in new buildings with special offers are most often sold in Ryazan (89% of all options), Izhevsk (85%), Krasnodar (79%), Chelyabinsk (78%), Kazan ( 75%) and Moscow (74%). The shares are least common among developers in Voronezh (10%), Saratov (12%), Novosibirsk (13%) and Sevastopol (18%).

Most often, at Avito Nedvizhimost, developers offer discounts on the purchase of apartments, installments for several months and mortgages on preferential terms. For example, in the first year, a construction company may subsidize a loan so that the interest on it is much lower than the market rate and does not exceed 1%. Also, a number of developers offer a trade-in service — offsetting the cost of old housing, and sometimes the client’s car, against a new apartment. Some developers acquire the previous housing themselves, while others actively help to find a buyer. Quite often there are offers with decoration, kitchen or furniture as a gift for a certain amount.

A number of developers are holding promotional campaigns to ensure the sale of the so-called. related real estate — they give discount certificates for the purchase of parking spaces, storage rooms, appliances and furniture from partners, gifts for recommendations to friends or develop a progressive system of discounts when purchasing several apartments— Dmitry Aleksev, head of primary real estate at Avito Nedvizhimost, comments.
