Student Medications of Crimea took part in the forum to solve the problem of shortage of medical personnel

From February 28 to March 3, the All -Russian Medical Career Forum “Labor Cool” was held in Irkutsk. Its participants were 280 schoolchildren, students and young specialists from Russia and friendly countries. For the first time, representatives of student medical detachments of the Republic of Crimea took part in such an event.

The direction of student medical detachments is quite young in the activities of the Crimean regional branch of Russian student detachments. However, in a short time, participants in the Crimean student medical detachments have established themselves as highly qualified specialists. Crimean medical students became the best at the district contest of vocational schools in the Southern Federal District in 2024, showed themselves worthy of the All-Russian Labor Project «Atlanta» in the Kemerovo region, on labor projects in the Republic of Crimea, working in the Republican Clinical Hospital named after them. N.A. Semashko, and in the leading clinical sanatoriums, and in the hotels of the peninsula. For the high results achieved by the Crimean studio of the Crimea in the medical direction in 2024, the guys were invited by speakers for the exchange of experience for the All -Russian Medical Career Forum «Trud Cool» in Irkutsk.

As part of the forum for fighters of Russian student detachments from all over the country, master classes and trainings for the development of professional competencies in the healthcare system, organized a strategic session aimed at developing student medical detachments in the regions of the country, organized meetings with honored medicine workers. With welcoming words, the participants were addressed by the Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Mikhail Murashko and a member of the State Duma Committee on Health Julia Drozhzhin. An important step in planning and developing an effective tool to attract young personnel to medicine was the presentation of labor projects of student medical detachments for 2025. The forum participants also visited a career hub, where 15 employers from the Irkutsk, Kemerovo, Sakhalin regions, the Perm Territory and the Republic of Crimea presented career opportunities for future specialists of the medical direction.

Over the past year, Crimea was very added to the creation and development of student medical detachments, considering them as one of the options for solving the problem of the lack of younger medical personnel in the region. Our goal is to ensure enough medical and wellness institutions in the Republic of Crimea by junior medical staff and contribute to improving the provision of medical care. The All -Russian Medical Career Forum showed that the Crimean Stadot -Radiolers have good achievements in this direction, which can be scaled in other regions of the country— said Alexander Shelupina, head of student medical detachments of the Crimean regional department of the RSO.
