Student teams of the Republic of Crimea will hold a cleanup day on the territory of the Opuksky Nature Reserve
CrimeaPRESS reports:
On April 6, a large-scale cleanup campaign will take place on the territory of the Opuk Nature Reserve after winter storms brought a large amount of garbage to the beach area. The cleanup is carried out on the initiative of student teams of Crimea with the support and under the direct leadership of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Reserved Crimea”. More than 100 people will take part in the cleanup, including students from Simferopol and Yalta, and employees of the natural reserve fund of the peninsula.
In addition to the environmental action, fighters of Russian student groups will clean and improve the monument to the Great Patriotic War — military sailors-hydrographers, located on the territory of the Opuksky Nature Reserve. The monument is dedicated to the heroic feat of the sailors of the Kerch-Feodosia military landing of 1942.
