Students and schoolchildren of Sevastopol can work part-time during summer holidays while maintaining social supplement to their pension
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Sevastopol branch of the Social Fund of Russia reminds that recipients of a survivor’s pension or a disability pension are not paid a federal or regional social supplement to their pension during official employment. However, these rules do not apply to schoolchildren and students who work part-time during the summer holidays.
The payment of a social supplement to a pension for the period of temporary employment will be retained if a schoolchild or student (studying full-time and under the age of 23) participates in community service or gets a temporary job through the employment service in their free time, or works in student brigades under an employment contract during the holidays.— the press service quotes the head of the Sevastopol branch of the SFR, Elena Gaivoronskaya.
In order for the additional payment not to be terminated, schoolchildren or students must confirm the fact of such work by providing the following documents to any client service of the Sevastopol Branch of the SFR:
- identity document;
- a certificate of study and a certificate of the vacation period for the current year or a copy of the order on the schedule of the educational process for the relevant academic year indicating the vacation time (issued by the educational organization);
- a certificate of membership in a student group;
- information about the conclusion of an employment contract and its validity period (issued by the employer).
By the way, in order to exchange information about members of regional branches of student brigades, an agreement on information interaction was concluded between the Sevastopol Branch of the SFR and the Youth All-Russian Public Organization «RUSSIAN STUDENT BRIEF». This will help to make decisions on extending the payment more quickly.
IMPORTANT! When officially employed, periods of work will be included in the work record and will allow teenagers to earn their first pension coefficients. The employer will issue them an electronic work book, with which they will be able to monitor information about their work activity.
You can get additional information from specialists of the Sevastopol Branch of the SFR by calling the single contact center number: 8 (800) 100-00-01 (free call, working hours: Monday-Thursday from 09:00 to 18:00, Friday from 09:00 to 16:45, without a break).
