Students of Crimean medical colleges are participants in the All-Russian Championship “Professionals 2024”

Thus, in the competencies «Medical and Social Care» and «Pharmaceuticals», the interregional stage of the championship was held at the Orenburg Regional Medical College. The Republic of Crimea in these competencies was represented by a student of the Crimean Medical College Elizaveta Dorokhina and a student of the Yalta Medical College Sofia Matveyshina, respectively. Participants in the competence «Medical and Social Care» had to demonstrate the professional work of medical personnel in four modules: hospital — intensive care unit, home care, outpatient clinic — medical examination, vaccination room. In turn, contestants in the competence «Pharmaceuticals» had to cope with tasks on the acceptance of drugs, their quality control, storage and accounting, — reported the press service of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Crimea.

In the competency “Medical activity (Paramedic)”, the Republic of Crimea was represented by a student of the Kerch Medical College named after. G. K. Petrova Elmaz Abduramanova. The interregional stage competitions took place at the Birsk Medical and Pharmaceutical College of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The conditions of the competition were as close to real as possible. The participants carried out a preventive examination of a pregnant woman, medical rehabilitation of a patient with oncology, examination of patients with various diseases, and provision of emergency care to a patient with acute myocardial infarction and mine blast injury.

The future professionals coped with the competition tasks with dignity and became one of the best representatives of their competencies. Crimeans made it to the finals of the competition and in November 2024 will take part in the final competitions of the All-Russian Championship of Professional Skills “Professionals 2024”, which will be held in St. Petersburg.
