Students of Sevastopol can earn during the internship from the employment service

Sevastopol students undergoing internships with a direction from the employment service can earn more than 22 thousand rubles in the framework of a special program. Employers participating in the program receive compensation for the wages of interns, contributions to extrabudgetary funds, as well as a partial reimbursement of the salary of mentors.

In 2025, more than 1.9 million rubles were allocated from the regional budget for these purposes, which will allow 27 students and graduates of professional and higher educational institutions to pass paid internship.

The salary of interns is more than 22 thousand rubles per month, it is calculated on the basis of the minimum wage (minimum wage), actually worked days and insurance premiums. The program helps young specialists get the first professional experience under the guidance of mentors, develop skills and start a career in their hometown.

At the moment, two students of the Sevastopol Shipbuilding College are already undergoing an internship at the Atla enterprise, which is engaged in the repair, modernization and adjustment of equipment for processing fish and kriely raw materials. Within two months they will study and accumulate experience under the guidance of a mentor.

Our program helps students not only learn, but also earn, try themselves in the profession and build a career in Sevastopol. Over the past three years, 88 students have been practiced at the city’s enterprises. Last year, the program participants were trained in areas such as shipbuilding and ship repairing, electrical work, garden and landscape art, economics, accounting, management, equipment maintenance and electric welding work.

Employers who want to take part in the program need to place an offer on the internship on the Russian work portal and employ students or graduates under an urgent employment contract.

Recall that one of the key areas of the new national project «Personnel» is devoted to the support of recent graduates. Within the framework of the project, it is planned to develop targeted training, organize more production practices and internships, as well as make a system of professional standards more flexible so that it meets the modern requirements of the labor market.
