Students of Sevastopol talked with members of the Public Council under the Tax Service. What were they talking about?

The next meeting of the Public Council under the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the city of Sevastopol took place on the basis of the Sevastopol State University. A feature of the event was the participation of students and teachers of the university.

The speakers of the meeting briefed those present on aspects of the activities of the Federal Tax Service and the results of the work of the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the city of Sevastopol.

In their speeches, the speakers told how the service lives today, and also shared the prospects for the development of the department in the near future.

Deputy Head of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the city of Sevastopol S.I. Golodenko, highlighting the functions and tasks of the tax service, emphasized the leading role of the department in the development and improvement of electronic services for consumers:

I can proudly say that the tax service is a leader in the development of services that enable payers to receive information and services via the Internet from registering a business to conducting financial activities.

Representatives of the Department spoke about the conditions for entering the state civil service and the features of its passage in the bodies of the Federal Tax Service of Russia, about the numerous projects of the Youth Council of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the city of Sevastopol.

Chairman of the Public Council under the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the city of Sevastopol I.S. Kusov, noting the leading role of the agency in the application of digital technologies, stressed that representatives of various specialties will be able to realize their potential in the tax service by acquiring professional skills and experience.

Head of the Department A.N. Mogila, addressing the audience, indicated that there are a lot of young professionals in the tax service of Sevastopol, the service provides opportunities for professional implementation for energetic and creative people. He noted that Sevastopol State University is the most authoritative educational institution in the region, whose graduates work not only in our city, but also adequately represent Sevastopol in all corners of Russia.

Representatives of the Office answered the questions of students and teachers about the filling of the regional budget and the economic development of the region.

In the second part of the event, the participants discussed the aspects and advantages of the implemented tax payment mechanism in the form of a Single Tax Account. Members of the Public Council showed interest in the implementation of the project.
