From November 17 to 26, Crimean students work as counselors at the autumn children’s health session for school presidents of the Republic of Crimea, which takes place at the Evolution Children’s Education Center. This opportunity pleased the young activists, because they would be able to apply their knowledge and experience in organizing leisure and entertainment for young people.
Leaders of student teams have good practice of interacting with school self-government through the project activities of Russian student teams and the Russian movement of children and youth “First”. This experience allows them to successfully cope with the tasks associated with organizing and managing a group of children and adolescents.
Counselors play an important role in creating a positive atmosphere at recreational events. They monitor the safety of participants, create interesting and varied programs dedicated to acquiring new skills, developing creativity and communication between children.
For us, working as counselors is a great honor and responsibility. We strive to contribute to the development of young people and create conditions for positive pastime for children on the health shift. We have a good practice of working with school authorities, which allows us to help children and adolescents realize their potential and believe in themselves. The work of young counselors on the children’s health shift for the presidents of schools in the Republic of Crimea at the Evolution Children’s Education Center will continue throughout the entire shift. This experience will help students gain valuable skills in organizing and managing minors, and will also provide a basis for further development in the field of children’s and youth movements.
