CrimeaPRESS reports:

Avito Rabota experts studied average salary offers for the first half of 2024 and determined the rating of the highest-paid blue-collar jobs. According to the study, employers were ready to offer the highest average salaries in the first half of 2024 for truck driver vacancies — 189,831 rubles per month. This is 39% more than in the same period last year.

The second-highest salary level was for the driller profession, with an average salary for new employees of 146,910 rubles. This is 66% more than in the first half of 2023 — the dynamic growth in salary offers correlates with the high demand for specialists in the oil and gas industry as a whole.

In third place is the profession of a mining foreman with an average salary of 138,520 rubles per month and its growth by 29% per year. These figures confirm the trend of increasing wages in the mining industry.

The top five highest paid blue-collar jobs also included the professions of milling machine operator (122,061 rubles, +39% per year) and foreman (121,530 rubles, +28% per year).

TOP 5 blue-collar jobs with an average salary offer for new employees over 100,000 rubles:
