Stupidity and courage … In Sevastopol, a local resident suspected of a series of thefts and robbery was detained in Sevastopol

The attacker was a 20-year-old local resident who previously convicted of property crimes. As a result of its unlawful activity, material damage was caused in the amount of more than 70 thousand rubles.
In January, employees of the criminal investigation department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Leninsky district were already detained by the defendant, suspected of four thefts from different retail outlets. While under house arrest, he managed to damage the electronic bracelet, escape and continue to illegal activities — on the same day he again illegally entered the household appliance store. The suspect always used one scheme: he broke the window with a stone and penetrated into trading pavilions. Its prey became cash products, food and alcohol, and on the day of escape, the list was replenished with musical columns worth 40 thousand rubles,-the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Sevastopol said.
But the attacker did not stop there. Taking a knife with him, he went into the supermarket and cut off the box standing there with charity donations. When the store staff tried to stop him, he threatened them and disappeared.
Soon, the operatives re -set the whereabouts and detained the suspect. This time, a preventive measure was chosen by the court — detention.
The materials collected by police will be transferred to the investigating authorities for the adoption of a procedural decision. In the actions of the detainee, signs of crimes provided for by paragraph “b, c” of part 2 of article 158 “theft” and part 2 of article 162 “robbery” are seen. Sanctions of articles imply punishment of imprisonment for up to ten years.
