Subscribers of the Sevmobile operator can switch to service from the Sevtelecom company

On October 28, the Sevmobile operator will stop operating. Let us remind you that earlier Roskomnadzor canceled the licenses for the provision of communication services of the Sevmobile company for repeated violations of the law.

To protect the interests of existing Sevmobile subscribers, mobile communication services will be provided to them by the Sevtelecom operator. To continue using mobile communications, Sevmobile subscribers must sign a new agreement with Sevtelecom.

Subscribers must be able to stay in touch, therefore, on behalf of the Government of Sevastopol, Sevtelecom has developed an action plan to continue servicing Sevmobile subscribers on the network of Sevtelecom JSC,” said Oleg Polosov, director of business development in the mass segment of Sevtelecom.

To conclude an agreement, individuals need to contact any MFC office from October 17. Legal entities will need to contact the Sevtelecom office.

At the MFC office, the subscriber will be able to fill out an application about the desire to enter into an agreement with Sevtelecom JSC, indicating: full name, series and number of the passport, place of registration.

According to representatives of the Sevtelecom company, most of the Sevmobile tariffs will remain the same. The balance of funds in the subscriber’s account formed at the time of concluding the agreement with Sevtelecom JSC will be compensated to the subscriber by communication services under the new agreement.
