This is known: on hot days on holidays, it is always more expensive to relax. Nevertheless, some directions are getting more expensive than others. What favorite places for trips to May holidays have risen in price most? Surprisingly, the most diverse and not always are the most popular.

The Russian reservation service of hotels and apartments Twil.ru, comparing the data of 2024 and 2025, determined the most rise in price for relaxation for the May holidays of the current year. In the first place was Irkutsk, where the average cost of the night of residence on the May holidays increased by 251%. In second place is pike perch, where growth was 228%, and in the third-Pereslavl-Zalessky, where the average cost of the night increased by 223%.
