Sudak revealed the fact of violation of migration legislation

Employees of the Department for Migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Sudak, together with the employees of the Department of Sudak of the Federal Security Service of the Federal Security Service in the Republic of Crimea, were established and detained by 9 foreign citizens illegally in the Russian Federation.
Police officers pre-established that the 39-year-old native of Transcaucasia invited a local resident to settle 8 migrants in his household, for whom he will pay her monthly rental housing, without registering them for migration accounting. At the same time, the man was looking for foreigners to work at the construction facilities of the city. During the verification of documents, employees of the migration unit revealed violations in the field of migration for all foreign citizens, including their intermediary,-voiced the details of the case in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Crimea.
In relation to violators, 23 protocols on an administrative offense were drawn up, of which 8 under Part 1 of Art. 18.8 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (violation by a foreign citizen or stateless person of the rules of entry into the Russian Federation or the regime of stay (residence) in the Russian Federation); 8 to Part 1.1 of Art. 18.8 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (violation by a foreign citizen or stateless person of the rules of entry into the Russian Federation or the regime of stay (residence) in the Russian Federation); 7 under Part 1 of Art. 18.11 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (violation of immigration rules).
According to administrative materials in relation to 8 foreigners who violate the stay regime, decisions were made on administrative expulsion in the form of an independent controlled departure from the Russian Federation, they will also be closed to our country for 10 years.
