Avito analysts studied data on average salary offers for new employees in January 2025 and compiled a rating of the highest paid office professions in Crimea. The leader of the ranking was the profession of a supervisor: on average, employers offered candidates about 102,823 rubles per month for a full time (+19% per year).
The rating of the highest paid vacancies did not include professions, the level of salaries for which can differ significantly depending on the length of service and skills of the candidate (IT specialists, senior and leading specialists), as well as professionals whose income is not fixed and formed mainly from interest from delays (for example, brokers, commercial agents, sales managers and realtors). When calculating the average salary offers of office employees, the amounts indicated in the vacancies of novice specialists with experience up to 1-3 years old were taken into account, -The press service of the service reported.
In second place in the ranking was the profession of an engineer. The average salary offers for applicants with experience up to 1-3 years in January 2025 amounted to 89,271 rubles per month. Over the year, the proposed income level of specialists increased by 12%.
The top three -paid office specialties are closed by a vacancy of a designer. In January 2025, candidates with little experience could count on an average of 87,500 rubles per month for a full time. This is 7% more compared to the same period last year.
