SVO participants and their families can receive social services at the Sevastopol Family and Children Assistance Center

Participants in the special operation, as well as members of their families, can receive social services in a semi-stationary form of social services free of charge: social support, psychological assistance, socio-psychological counseling, assistance in processing and restoring lost documents, social and legal services.
To receive services in a semi-stationary form you will need:
- statement;
- copies of passports of the SVO participant or his family members;
- document confirming residence in Sevastopol;
- a document confirming participation in the SVO;
- information about disability (for applicants who are disabled);
- individual rehabilitation or habilitation program for a disabled person (if available);
- SNILS;
- certificate from a medical organization about your health status.
To receive urgent services:
- identification document;
- document confirming residence at the Family and Children Assistance Center.
