The Nizhnegorsky District Court of the Republic of Crimea brought to administrative responsibility a 21-year-old resident of the Nizhnegorsky district for committing administrative offenses under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation and Part 3 of Art. 20.1 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
The court found that the offender published on the social network VKontakte photographs that were attributes and symbols of an extremist organization whose activities are prohibited on the territory of the Russian Federation, thereby committing an administrative offense under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. Photo images are available for viewing by users of the VKontakte social network. He also published a photograph of Russian President V.V. Putin on his page on the social network VKontakte. with an obscene inscription, thereby expressing clear disrespect for the head of state — President of the Russian Federation V.V. These circumstances served as the basis for bringing to administrative responsibility under Part 3 of Art. 20.1 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
At the court hearing, the offender fully admitted his guilt in committing administrative offenses.
By the decision of the Nizhnegorsky District Court, the man was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, and he was sentenced to administrative arrest for a period of 15 days for committing an administrative offense under Part 3 of Art. 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation — a punishment was imposed in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of 40,000 rubles.
