The Saki inter-district prosecutor’s office sent a criminal case against a 39-year-old local resident to court. He is accused of committing a crime, part 3 of Art. 30, paragraph «g» part 4 of Art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted illegal sale of narcotic drugs, using information and telecommunication networks (including the Internet) by a group of persons by prior agreement, on a large scale).
According to investigators, the accused in the Saki district placed seven dozen bundles with a narcotic drug — a derivative of N-methylephedron, which was confiscated by law enforcement officersthe prosecutor’s office said.
The prosecutor’s office sent the criminal case with the approved indictment to the court for consideration on the merits.
