Synthetic drugs were suppressed in Yalta

Employees of the Drug Control Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Yalta established the involvement of a 37-year-old local resident in activities related to drug trafficking.
The police detained the attacker in the forest of one of the suburban areas of the city, which planned to spread the drug substance by the “bookmarks”, but her activities were suppressed.
It was established that the detainee was previously prosecuted. With it, bundles with powdered substances were found that she acquired in the online store for the purpose of marketing.
The seized material was sent for a study, according to which the provided samples with a total weight of 21.42 g contain a drug of Mephedron (4-methyl-metrion).
The Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Yalta opened a criminal case on the grounds of the corpus delicti under Part 3 of Art. 30, part 4 of Art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code (attempted illegal production, sale or shipping of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues, committed on a large scale).
The defendant faces imprisonment from 10 to 20 years.
The attacker was brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Art. 6.9 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (consumption of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances without a doctor’s prescription or new potentially dangerous psychos of active substances).
A measure of punishment in the form of administrative arrest was chosen against her.
