«Tavrida» gives young creators the opportunity to express themselves at the World Youth Festival

From 2 to 6 March 2024, young art and design from all over the world will be presented at the World Youth Festival in Sirius. At the exhibition and fair “Art.Youth”, festival participants will be able not only to see, but also to purchase their favorite works of contemporary artists, sculptors, designers and craftsmen.

“Art.Molodost” (project “Tavrida.ART”) is a project designed to support young Russian brands, make their products accessible to a wide audience, and draw people’s attention to the authenticity and versatility of Russian design. The project’s roots have already become an integral part of the Tavrida art cluster and major festival venues in the country.

During the World Youth Festival, the “Art.Youth” project will appear in an expanded international format — it will combine an exhibition and fair of works by Russian and foreign creators.

Anyone between the ages of 18 and 35 will be able to take part in the exhibition and fair “Art.Youth”: artists, painters, sculptors, designers, manufacturers, representatives of local brands — everyone who is ready to express themselves, who wants to be people from all over the world learned about creativity.

The exhibition “Art.Youth” is a large gallery of contemporary art that will bring together original and relevant works of art by young foreign and Russian artists, both already eminent and beginners, unknown to a wide audience. The exhibition will cover three main areas: “video art and digital art”, “installation, sculpture and kinetic art”, “painting and graphics”.

The selection of artists’ works takes place through a specially created chat bot, where anyone can send images of objects of their creativity. The chatbot was launched by the creative curators of the project — program director of VFM-2024, head of the Tavrida art cluster Sergei Pershin and famous Russian gallery owner Yuri Omelchenko. The Art.Youth Fair is an international mall that will bring together a wide variety of products from young designers and local entrepreneurs: from basic clothing and souvenirs to exclusive collections. Outfits, hats, accessories, headscarves and scarves, jewelry, bags, decorative elements, postcards, notebooks, books and magazines, candles and fragrances — a variety of products from authentic ones, brought from remote corners of Russia and participating countries of WFM-2024, to ultra-modern ones and technologically advanced.
