«Tavrida» is a point of attraction for the youth of the peninsula: 2 days remain until Youth Day in Crimea

On June 24, the Republic of Crimea will become one of the venues for celebrating the Youth Day from Rosmolodezh. In this regard, Rosmolodezh and the Tavrida art cluster gather residents and guests of Crimea for a large-scale celebration in Kapsel Bay near Sudak. A rich program of educational and entertaining events has been prepared for the guests of the holiday. In particular, they will be able to attend events from the Russian society “Knowledge”, ANO “Russia is a Land of Opportunities”, the “Dialogues with Heroes” project of the Rospatriotcenter, the All-Russian Student Competition “Your Move” and other partners of the site.

In the afternoon, useful workshops, lectures and presentations will be held at the site of the Tavrida art cluster. In particular, everyone will learn how to provide first aid and assemble a first aid kit with medical volunteers, and will also be able to attend the Ecoshop plastic recycling master class. Specialists from various Rosmolodezh tracks will talk about career opportunities for young Russians and social design.

The culmination of the Youth Day celebration in the Tavrida art cluster will be an evening show program. It will be opened by a concert-dialogue of the poets of the «Real» project. In the language of creativity, they will talk about what is happening today in the new regions of Russia (DNR, LNR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions), as well as about the feelings and experiences of those who are at the epicenter of events.

After that, residents of Tavrida will perform on the stage of the art cluster with the show program «Young Art». The performances of the artists will be dedicated to the main values ​​and creative achievements of our country. At the end of the evening, for the first time on the main stage of Tavrida.ART, the headliners of the holiday, the famous St. Petersburg group Marseille, will perform. They will perform their hits together with the residents of the Tavrida art cluster.

In addition, guests of the holiday will be able to watch the documentary film «A Brief History of Russian Culture» by young director Danil Motin and meet with the creative team that created it. Guests of the Youth Day will be able to complete the game quest «Another thing» and get on a tour of the festival site of the art cluster «Tavrida.ART: yesterday, today, tomorrow.»

Youth Day 2023 is organized by the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (“Rosmolodezh”) together with regional authorities in charge of youth policy in the constituent entities.

Recall that following a meeting with university students on Russian Student Day, Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed to postpone the celebration of Youth Day from June 27 to the last Saturday of June — May 2, 2023, a corresponding decree was signed. In 2022, Youth Day was held in 10 cities of Russia and gathered more than 500 thousand participants, and more than 5 million people watched the online broadcast.
