Tax service: legal entity assessment service will help you choose a reliable counterparty

CrimeaPRESS reports:

Modern business largely depends not only on the actions and decisions of the entrepreneur himself, but also on the reliability of his counterparties. And if the taxpayer knows that his activities are safe and that he is not threatened by unfair competition, he can confidently plan his future.

Service for assessing legal entities of the Federal Tax Service of Russia, which is presented in personal account of a legal entityallows you to verify the financial stability of any campaign and select from tens of thousands of organizations a reliable partner with a stable financial condition and a reliable history of doing business.

Evaluation indicators are based on the financial analysis of the enterprise and characterize the sustainability of the campaign in the short and medium term. In addition, some of the parameters characterize the dynamics of the enterprise’s development, which makes it possible to assess liquidity risks, credit risks, the likelihood of insolvency of the counterparty, and its business risks for long-term relationships with the counterparty.

The service will be useful both for value added tax payers and when concluding contracts under the Federal Law of July 18, 2011 No. 223-FZ “On the procurement of goods, works, and services by certain types of legal entities.”

A legal entity has the right to request, through the taxpayer’s personal account, an extract with the results of the assessment of its financial and economic activities. Methodology such an assessment has been approved By Order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia dated March 24, 2023 No. ED-7-31/181@.

To receive an extract, you must click on the “Request an extract” button in the “Legal Entities Assessment Service” section (subsystem “How the tax office sees me”). The assessment is made according to the criteria of financial stability, resource availability and the presence of positive experience in the company’s activities. Activities are assessed using a point system, taking into account the concept of risk ranking (if the threshold value is met, the participant is assigned one point for each indicator). The verification is carried out in 2 stages.

At the first stage The organization’s compliance with basic criteria is assessed, which indicate that the company is independent, operating and has no prerequisites for bankruptcy or liquidation.

If the company does not meet at least one of the criteria, then the second stage of verification is not carried out. The legal entity is sent an extract with the risk criteria described.

At the second stage The parameters of the company’s financial and economic condition are assessed according to 13 criteria.

If a legal entity does not agree with the results obtained, then you can send a request to correct the information in the extract. The request is accompanied by documents confirming the data for making adjustments in order to increase the score.

The information obtained can be used both to confirm your reliability to customers (stakeholders) and to check information about potential suppliers (contractors).
