The service of the official website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia «State Online Business Registration» allows you to register a limited liability company with one founder in one day. To do this, a few steps are enough:
- fill out the online application form;
- use the model charter;
- generate a standard decision on the establishment of an LLC;
- sign documents with an electronic digital signature of an individual;
- send documents for registration.
Also, using this service, you can register as an individual entrepreneur in one day, for this you will need:
- fill out an interactive application form;
- attach a scanned image of an identity document;
- sign documents with an electronic digital signature of an individual;
- send documents for registration.
In these cases, the result of the review will be reflected in the service no later than the next day and will be sent to the e-mail address specified in the application.
Recall that at present the service for issuing a qualified electronic signature is provided by the Federal Tax Service , the press service of the Federal Tax Service of Russia in Sevastopol notes. 74
To obtain a CEP, you can apply in person at one of the points of the Certification Center of the Federal Tax Service of Russia: in the Nakhimovsky district — a separate subdivision No. 2 (Proletarskaya St., ), in Leninsky — a separate subdivision No. 3 (Kulakov St., ) .
The service is provided by the tax office free of charge, but the applicant must provide a certified storage medium. All points of issuance of the CEP Office have vending machines where you can purchase certified tokens.
