Tax Service of Sevastopol: convenient services for taxpayers help do business
CrimeaPRESS reports:
When interacting with taxpayers, the Federal Tax Service of Russia places the main emphasis on simplicity and convenience — to resolve almost any issue, the service offers the use of one or another service.
This was discussed at a webinar held for Sevastopol taxpayers by employees of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the city of Sevastopol.
Deputy Head of the Department of Desk Control in the Field of Property Taxation Andrey Khabarov highlighted the practical aspects of calculating property taxes in 2024 and once again recalled the ease of use of the service “Reference information on rates and benefits for property taxes”. The resource allows you to obtain information about the benefits that apply to real estate objects on the basis of current regional legislation.
The speaker clarified that in relation to real estate objects, the tax base for which is determined based on the cadastral value, taxpayers are required to provide the tax authority at the place of registration with a notification of the calculated amounts of taxes and advance payments: for the first quarter no later than April 25; for the second quarter no later than July 25 and for the third quarter no later than October 25.
Head of the office control department of personal income tax and tax liability No. 2 Natalya Balueva based its report on the most frequently asked questions that citizens face when filling out declarations to receive tax deductions. The speaker recalled that the service “Taxpayer’s personal account for individuals” makes it very easy to fill out a declaration online, as it contains an intuitive interface and data on the citizen’s income received.
Deputy Head of the Taxpayer Registration and Accounting Department Anna Goncharova told listeners about the advantages of using and switching to a standard charter. This can be done using the service “Choice of a model charter”, which is posted on the website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia. The resource allows you to choose one of 36 standard charters. She emphasized that the model charter is always relevant: when legislation changes, improvements and clarifications are automatically made to it. Also, legal entities applying such a charter do not need to register a change in name, location, or authorized capital — this data is not in the standard charter. The standard charter is easy to present to counterparties — all texts are available on the Internet. In addition, there is no need to keep a paper charter and obtain duplicates from the tax service in case of damage or loss, therefore, there is no need to have the charter certified by a notary for submission to a bank or government agencies.
Anna Goncharova clarified that both newly created and already existing companies can operate on the basis of the standard charter. You can submit and fill out an application for transition to a standard charter using the service “State online business registration”. In a few steps, the service will help you create and send to the registration authority an application for the transition to a standard charter. There is no fee for this registration action.
During the webinar, taxpayers had the opportunity to ask questions of interest and receive qualified answers.
Experts clarified that familiarize yourself with webinar recording on the official social network page «VKontakte» community of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the city of Sevastopol.
