In the Department of the Federal Tax Service for the city of Sevastopol, a regular meeting of the Interdepartmental Working Group with the Government of Sevastopol was held, in which acting. Head of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the city of Sevastopol S.I. Golodenko, Deputy Governor — Chairman of the Government of Sevastopol N.V. Gordyushin and representatives of other interested structures of the Government of the city of Sevastopol.
One of the important topics raised at the meeting was the discussion of the preliminary list of real estate objects for 1154 year, formed by the Department for Property and Land Relations, in respect of which the tax base is determined as cadastral price.
On October 7, two Lists were published on the website of the Department for Property and Land Relations: preliminary — for 1823 object and expected — for 1154 object, the total number of 2977 objects.
It should be noted that in accordance with the norms of federal legislation, the features of the tax base, calculation and payment of tax in relation to individual real estate objects for organizations and citizens, owners of property objects, such as: administrative and business, shopping centers, premises in them, non-residential premises , the purpose, permitted use of which provides for the placement of offices, retail facilities, catering and consumer services. The tax will be calculated based on the cadastral value of the object, at a rate of 1 percent.
