Tax service: the possibilities of an individual entrepreneur’s personal account have become significantly wider

From April 1 through the service «Personal account of an individual entrepreneur» possible to rent 20 tax reporting forms.

The list of reports that can be provided in this way determines Order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia dated April 1, 2024 No. ED-7-19/264@. In particular, through the personal account of an individual entrepreneur, you can submit a declaration under the simplified tax system, a declaration under the Unified Agricultural Tax, a declaration in form 3-NDFL, calculation of personal income tax amounts in form 6-NDFL, calculation of insurance premiums, and more.

The specified reporting must be generated in the program «Taxpayer legal entity«, after which the documents are signed with a qualified electronic signature to send the file in XML format.

Access to «Personal account of an individual entrepreneur«, can be done with the login and password from «Personal account of an individual«, in this case, the taxpayer will only have access to general functions: viewing current information on settlements with the budget, the balance of the unified tax account, the presence of debt, sending certain types of documents. In order to fully use the functionality of the service, you must log in using a strengthened qualified electronic signature.

In addition to submitting reports through the individual entrepreneur’s personal account, you can submit an application for deferred or installment payment. To do this, just fill out the form in the “Change payment deadline” subsection in the “Life situations” section. There are tips on the application page about what documents you need to upload. Additional information about deferment or installment plans can be obtained from interactive assistant.

Through the service, users can quickly monitor the status of a desk tax audit, receive and download electronic documents confirming the sending of reports to the tax authority, and more. Also, through their personal account, individual entrepreneurs can send notifications of calculated amounts to the tax authority, signing them with a non-qualified electronic signature.

For the convenience of users, the mobile application for the individual entrepreneur’s personal account has been improved. Now you can calculate your taxes, depending on the selected taxation system and the input data in the tax calculator. Also in the application you can see your calculations with the budget, registration data, find out the status of the desk audit, get an extract from the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs, contact the tax authority, and also make an appointment with the tax service.
