CrimeaPRESS reports:

The regional stage of the main pedagogical competition «Teacher of the Year of Russia» 2022 has ended. 86 participants reached the final. Among them is Natalya Karaulova, a teacher at the Ecotech+ school.

Participation in the federal stage of the competition is always a new experience, professional growth, invaluable communications, but it is also the highest responsibility. Natalya Karaulova will actually present the level of the education system in Sevastopol. I am sure that she will adequately cope with all competitive tests. Well, we, of course, with a team of methodologists from the Institute for the Development of Education, the teaching staff of the Ecotech school, will prepare teachers for the All-Russian final. We will invite the best experts, the winners of previous years, for consultations. We have such an opportunity. The federal city of Sevastopol should sound worthy at the competition “Teacher of the Year of Russia”, the potential of our teacher is colossal , — the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the director of the Department of Education and Science Larisa Sulima.

A teacher of English and German with 8 years of experience, Natalya Karaulova strives to make the lessons interesting, creates an atmosphere of positive and support for the children.

One of the important skills that I develop in the classroom is the ability to take what a student has learned at school and wisely apply the knowledge gained in practice , — says Natalya Karaulova.

For example, schoolchildren cook pizza according to English-language recipes, conduct a tour in English around Sevastopol. And the teacher, together with his class, participates in environmental projects and volunteer movement.

The school administration invited me to take part in the competition, and I decided to challenge myself, because the competition, first of all, is professional development, an opportunity to understand my strengths and weaknesses and identify points for further growth , — says Natalya Karaulova.

The finalists will have a trip to Tyumen in September, where the final stage will take place. They will demonstrate their professional skills in competitive tests. October 5, Teacher’s Day, in the Kremlin, the winner will be awarded the main prize — the Big Crystal Pelican.
