Terrorism and Gosisman: the prosecutor's office of Sevastopol sent a criminal case against two Kerchans to the court

The prosecutor’s office of the city of Sevastopol approved the indictment in the criminal case against two residents of Kerch: 24-year-old Sergey Kozlov and 26-year-old Evgenia Samoilova.
Kozlov is accused under Art. 205.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (undergoing training in order to carry out terrorist activities), paragraph “c” of part 2 of article 205 of the Criminal Code (terrorist act), part 1 of Art. 30 — Part 1 of Art. 223.1 of the Criminal Code (preparation for illegal manufacture of explosive devices).
In addition, Kozlov and Samoilov are jointly accused under Art. 275 of the Criminal Code (state treason), part 1 of Art. 30 — p. «B» of part 3 of article 205 and part 1 of Art. 30 — paragraph. «A», «B» of Part 2 of Art. 205 of the Criminal Code (preparation for a terrorist act), as well as according to paragraphs. “A”, “B” of Part 3 of Art. 222.1 of the Criminal Code (illegal acquisition, storage, transportation and wearing of explosives and explosive devices).
It was established that in September 2023, Kozlov made contact with the representative of the State Unitary Enterprise MOU and attracted his roommate Samoilova to confidential cooperation with the foreign special service. He learned to make home -made manual grenades of incendiary action — “Molotov cocktail” and homemade explosive devices. In October 2023, fulfilling the instructions of the Ukrainian curator, Kozlov using the Molotov cocktail burned a car in Kerch with the “Z” or “V” logos on the body. The size of the damage caused to the owner exceeded 860 thousand rubles.
In the future, the accused was instructed to undermine the routes of railway communication in the Republic of Crimea and commit the murder of a soldier of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in Sevastopol. They could not commit the attacks of Kozlov and Samoilov, since in April 2024 they were detained by law enforcement officers in Sevastopol, where they came to remove the components from the cache for the assembly of two homemade explosive devices.
The investigation in the criminal case conducted the Federal Security Service of Russia in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
The city prosecutor’s office sent a criminal case with approved indictment in the Southern District Military Court for consideration on the merits.
