Thanks to the preferential investment lending program, Sevastopol business attracted 76 million rubles

CrimeaPRESS reports:

The concessional investment lending program was launched in August last year thanks to the combination of concessional lending under the national project «Small and Medium Enterprises», as well as a program to stimulate lending by the Bank of Russia and the SME Corporation. During this time, the business of Sevastopol benefited from support in the amount of 76 million rubles. RNKB Bank, GENBANK, Promsvyazbank participate in the implementation of the program. In total, in Russia since the beginning of 2023, preferential loans for investment purposes have been approved for 658 small and medium-sized businesses. The amount of agreements is 79.4 billion rubles.

The majority of approved applications come from representatives of small and micro businesses, who have always found it difficult to obtain funds for development on favorable terms. In total, companies from these two sectors accounted for 549 agreements worth almost 58 billion rubles.— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Tatyana Ilyushnikova.

As noted by Alexander Isaevich, General Director of the SME Corporation, the largest volume of attracted concessional funds was recorded in manufacturing — over 47 billion rubles.

In the field of transportation and storage, this figure exceeded 22 billion rubles. Representatives of small and medium-sized businesses in the hotel business received more than 9 billion rubles in soft loans. Enterprises operating in the field of scientific and technical activities attracted almost a billion rubles from banks— says Alexander Isaevich.

The program can be used by small and medium-sized businesses from priority areas: manufacturing, hospitality, professional scientific and technical activities.

The rate under this program depends on the value of the key rate and is 7.5% per annum for medium-sized businesses, and 9% per annum for small and micro enterprises. You can get preferential loans from 50 million rubles in one of the partner banks of the program, in Sevastopol these are RNKB Bank, GENBANK, Promsvyazbank, — notes the director of the department of economic development Denis Profatilov.

Recall that at the beginning of this year, the general limit for all regions of the Russian Federation, the limit of the preferential investment lending program was doubled — up to 100 billion rubles.
