Employees of social protection bodies congratulated the four thousandth recipient of regional maternity capital in Sevastopol. The payment is provided under the national project «Demography» within the framework of the regional project «Financial Support for Families at the Birth of Children». Tatyana Lipovskaya, the mother of two girls, Angelina and Valeria, became the anniversary recipient of the mother’s capital. Flowers and gifts were presented to a resident of Sevastopol by Ekaterina Shafranovskaya, Chief Specialist of the Department of Social Payments of the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Gagarinsky District.
This is an additional measure of social support, which is provided along with the federal capital and monthly cash payments to families with children. Parents who have lived in Sevastopol for at least one year have the right to a regional mother capital.
