The 90s are not so far … In the Crimea, the accomplices of the murders of two businessmen were detained in the Crimea

Krympress reports:

According to the UK, the accused was a member of an organized criminal group. In December 1993, bandits in the village of Chervonoy Saksky District killed a young entrepreneur from St. Petersburg, abducted 12 thousand dollars with him, and hid the body in a well.

In May 1994, members of the organized crime group in the territory of the industrial zone in the city of Saki shot another entrepreneur and his two close associates.

Four criminals have already been punished. The court sentenced two of them to the highest degree of punishment, two more received 11 and 10 years in the colony. One of the participants in the group in 1994 managed to avoid punishment. For a long time he was hiding.

The Office for the investigation of especially important cases in interaction with colleagues from the Crimean prosecutor’s office resumed the investigation of the case and established the whereabouts of the fifth member of the group.

Investigators found out that the man acquired firearms for his accomplices, and also prepared inventory to conceal traces of crime — shovels, ax, cancer with gasoline.

According to the Prosecutor’s Office of Crimea, the court put the detainee into custody.
