It will consist of four blocks and will become an important step towards creating new standards in the theater industry of Russia. The Academy «Megan» launches the new educational program «Obposts of the Theater of the Future» for specialists of the theater sphere. Deputy directors who oversee the artistic and delivery unit, heads of technical and production services of theaters, directors of directors, sceneds, coordinators are invited to participate in the program.

The program is aimed at developing the professional competencies of the heads of the production part and improving the processes of work in theaters, within its framework, participants will create individual projects for the development of their theaters, focused on solving relevant problems.

Modern viewers are becoming more and more demanding of the quality of performances, scenery design and the general level of stage work. The heads of the artistic and delivery unit should be able to quickly respond to changes in the taste of the public and offer current decisions. In addition, the current economic situation makes new requirements for the leadership of theaters, including the ability to adapt to market conditions, to attract funding and manage the organization’s resources effectively. The program will increase the level of theoretical training, develop strategic planning skills, risk analysis and project management, which will ensure the stability and development of cultural institutions.
