The acceptance of applications for the competition “Symbols of Eurasian Integration” has started. Crimeans are invited to participate

The autonomous non-profit organization “Agency for Strategic Initiatives to Promote New Projects”, together with the Eurasian Economic Commission, is holding a competition of joint large-scale high-tech and humanitarian projects “Symbols of Eurasian Integration” among the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union.
The purpose of the Competition is to search for projects that are innovative, technologically advanced, and competitive, the implementation of which is carried out with the participation of representatives of several countries in the Eurasian region and provides significant social, economic and technological effects.
I am confident that the residents of our republic have the potential to participate and win the competition. Our scientific and creative teams, as well as citizens, have repeatedly proven that Crimeans create unique projects, the best practices of which are applied and scaled up across the country. By participating in competitions of this level, we contribute to the development of science, technology and international cooperation,” Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko called for participation in the competition.
Commercial organizations, government agencies, authorities, local governments, non-profit organizations and associations, as well as individuals — citizens of EAEU member states in the following categories can take part in the competition:
• technologies of basic industries;
• transit potential;
• technological sovereignty;
• digital platform solutions;
• new technological structure;
• human capital;
• Eurasian tourism;
• financial inclusion.
Participation in the competition is free. Each participant can submit no more than 3 projects. To participate, you must fill out an application for website competition until April 30, 2024.
Based on the results of the work of the expert group and the Presidium of the Competition, the winner (1st place) and finalists (2nd and 3rd places) will be determined in each nomination. The Commission submits the projects of the finalists of the Competition for consideration by the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council and informs international development institutions (Eurasian Development Bank, Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development) about the results of the Competition, and also recommends considering them for subsequent financing.
