In Sevastopol, from July 7 to August 3, the action «Learn to swim» will be held. Its goal is the development and popularization of physical culture and sports among the population in the framework of achieving the goals of the regional project «Sport is the norm of life» of the national project «Demography».
The action will be held for the third time. In 2022, more than 500 people learned to swim on the high seas. Classes will be held from 9:00 to 13:00 daily, except Monday. You can learn to swim on the beaches of Omega, Uchkuevka and Solnechny. Groups of up to 8 people for children aged 6 to 12 will be led by professional instructors. Every sixth lesson is a control: the children swim as much as they can, and the instructor evaluates the technique— noted in the press service of the Government of Sevastopol.
