More than 120 athletes of Sevastopol gathered at the athletics stadium. All participants, both young and experienced athletes, some of them are already coaches — candidates for sports teams in various sports.
Participants with high sports discharges and titles, but those who do not have the TRPs performed the necessary tests — running a short distance, strength exercises, exercises for flexibility, press and long jump from a place. Tomorrow they will expect long -distance running — 3 km.
Today, not just lovers of a healthy lifestyle passed the tests, but athletes with a high level of sports training — the guys who are candidates for sports teams of our city and represent Sevastopol in interregional and all -Russian competitions. Some guys said that taking into account their physical preparation, it was enough just to hand over everything and this is one of the indicators of their capabilities,-quoted the press service of the Government of Sevastopol, head of the Department of Sports Sergey Reznichenko.
In case of successful fulfillment of the necessary standards, depending on the result, the participants will be awarded the gold, silver or bronze insignia “Ready for work and defense”. Recall that the TRP badge gives various privileges depending on the category of the participant:
Schoolchildren can receive additional points upon admission to the university and when submitting documents to summer health camps;
Students can get additional points for the rating in physical culture;
Adults can receive an unscheduled premium or an additional weekend.
