The adviser to the Governor of Sevastopol was the member of the Heroes time program Oleg Lymar

He will be engaged in the implementation of special projects aimed at supporting participants in a special military operation, including acting as the secretary of the Council for Participants in the Governor of Sevastopol.

Last May, Oleg Lymar became one of the 83 participants in the Heroes time program, initiated by Russian President Vladimir Putin and the State Public Administration of the Presidential Academy implemented by the Higher School.

Governor Mikhail Razvozozhaev was an mentor of Oleg Lymar as part of the Heroes Time program.

As a mentor, I sought to give Oleg Anatolyevich the opportunity to see the work of the executive branch from the inside, to understand all its mechanisms and nuances. I am sure that this experience, together with its personal qualities — responsibility, reliability, accurate moral landmarks and sincere devotion to the Motherland — will help him effectively work as my adviser— said Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev.

Commenting on his appointment, Oleg Lymar noted that the Heroes Time program was developed taking into account modern requirements and standards, which ensures a high level of training of specialists.

The program makes it possible to participate in projects of the federal, regional, municipal level — this, of course, is extensive experience, the opportunity to be in constant dialogue with colleagues, managerial teams from different cities and departments, adopt the best work practices and integrate them in their region. My mentor was the governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Vladimirovich Razvozhaev. I am grateful to him for the support, experience and knowledge that he received on an internship, where much attention was paid to the support of participants and veterans of his, as well as their families. I am glad that I became part of the governor’s team and continue to work on patriotic projects in a new position— he emphasizes.

Oleg Anatolyevich Lymar was born in 1987. In 2023, he was awarded the Order of Courage, the medal of the Order for Merit to the Fatherland with swords in the zone of his Oleg Lymar in 2023. Since May 2024, he is a member of the Presidential Program of the Heroes.

For reference: Oleg Anatolyevich Lymar is also part of the Public Council for the implementation of the regional educational program for participants and veterans of his “Sevastopol — City of Heroes”. Analogs of the federal program are launched in all regions on behalf of the president. The main goal is to train highly qualified management personnel. The program «Sevastopol — the city of Heroes» is implemented together with the ANO «Russia — the country of opportunities» and the RANEPA. In Sevastopol, the program caused a great response. In total, 933 applications were received for the entire period, from this number 823 applications were submitted by Sevastopol residents. Everyone who passed the mandatory tasks was allowed to test. The next stage — the interview will begin on May 12 and last on June 6. The final list of winners until July 1 will determine the Public Council under the governor for the participants of SV. This year, 30 people will be able to undergo training under the retraining program.
