The All-Russian educational campaign “Walk with Knowledge” was launched in Crimea

The event was attended by students from Secondary School No. 30 in Simferopol. The excursion at the Impulse center was conducted by the Minister of Education, Science and Youth of the Republic of Crimea, Valentina Lavrik. She spoke about the development of the Crimean education system, including additional education for children, about working with gifted students, and also demonstrated specialized classes to schoolchildren. Among them are classes in medicine and human physiology, chemistry, painting, environmental monitoring, genetics and selection, robotics, general biology, physics, chess, astrophysics and space exploration.

To date, the Crimean Federal University has made a breakthrough in the field of education by developing teacher training programs. We will work together with the university and educational organizations to ensure that teaching staff have good training in organizational skills and communication, know their subject well and, of course, know the methodological techniques for implementing this subject– the press service of the university quotes the Minister of Education, Science and Youth of the Republic of Crimea, Valentina Lavrik.

During the excursion, the minister also introduced the children to the additional education programs implemented at Impulse in the field of environmental monitoring, general biology, agricultural chemistry, experimental robotics and other areas.

The Russian Society “Knowledge” is the leader of education in the Russian Federation. The purpose of today’s action is to introduce the children to the region, where those who talk about it are representatives of executive authorities. For the Crimean Federal University, such events are important because they allow us to develop pre-professional education. Our university has a “Pre-university”, where many programs of additional education and vocational training are implemented. However, we are also interested in the maximum integration of pre-vocational education, when children choose their future profession with those areas of training and specialties that are available at the university. In other words – career guidance,” notes Natalya Karmazina, vice-rector for methodological and educational activities at KFU.

In addition, schoolchildren were introduced to the latest high-tech equipment, for example, the “Pies 2” table, which displays 3D objects from the human anatomy course on a 1:1 scale. Each model can be rotated, viewed from different angles and enlarged in scale.
