According to the minister, Crimean institutions will traditionally take part in the cultural and educational event. Libraries and cultural organizations will present special online and offline programs: creative master classes, excursions, exhibitions, lectures, quizzes, performances, interactive events, meetings with writers and artists, poetry readings, book reviews, presentations and many other exciting events .

The events of the federal project are aimed at popularizing reading, organizing new formats of cultural pastime, and increasing the importance of the library in the life of society.
