The All-Russian Forum of Student Teaching Teams “Inspiring Generations” was completed in Sevastopol
CrimeaPRESS reports:
From October 4 to 6, the All-Russian Forum of Student Teaching Teams “Inspiring Generations” was held in Sevastopol. About 200 students from 20 regions of Russia gathered to exchange experiences and develop professional teaching skills.
The All-Russian Forum of Student Pedagogical Teams “Inspiring Generations” became an important event for fighters of Russian student teams. Representatives of teaching teams from 20 regions of Russia met at one site to discuss modern approaches to children’s education and health, as well as improve their professional skills.
The main goal of the forum was to strengthen the values of mutual assistance, mentoring and exchange of experience between generations of counselors. As part of the event, a strategic session was held where participants discussed issues of improving the children’s health program in Russian camps and improving the quality of work of student teaching teams.
Over the course of three days, forum participants underwent professional training, shared their experiences, and participated in the finals of the All-Russian competition “Best Student Teaching Team.” The event not only helped them gain new knowledge and connections, but also became an important stage in training personnel to work with children and adolescents.
Elena Pisareva, head of the student teaching teams of the Russian Socialist Republic, noted the significance of the past forum:
Every year, more than 60 thousand fighters take part in the work of student teaching teams. They provide recreation for more than 1.6 million children and adolescents. Our counselors are true professionals in the field of children’s health and recreation. These are guides to childhood, teachers and mentors of the younger generation. We not only make children healthier, but also develop them as individuals, helping to reveal their individual abilities. Forums of this level play an important role in the quality training of our counselors.
Veronika Grigina, a fighter of the student pedagogical detachment “Fury”, shared her impressions:
Participation in the forum became an opportunity for me to expand my professional competencies necessary to work as a counselor. When representatives from different regions of the country gather on one site, you feel the full importance of this profession. It is especially important to develop the skills of a counselor in Crimea, and I am sure that our experience will help make the children’s vacation bright and unforgettable.
The “Inspiring Generations” forum was organized as part of the activities of the Russian Student Teams (RSO) with the aim of increasing the level of training of fighters working in the field of children’s health. The event program included educational lectures, master classes, strategic sessions and professional skills competitions. Forums of this level contribute to the exchange of experience between regions and improve the quality of children’s recreation in Russia.
