The All -Russian meeting of ministers of education was held in Sevastopol

On April 25, Sevastopol first adopted the All -Russian meeting of ministers of education. Dmitry Chernyshenko, the head of the Ministry of Education Sergey Kravtsov, ministers and deputy heads of government who oversaw the education sphere, from all regions of Russia, arrived in the city. The meeting was attended by the governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev. The event was held in the branch of the Artek-Korsuni MDC on the basis of the New Khersones Museum-Field Complex.

The meeting participants discussed the main priorities of the next school year, the development of infrastructure, the dynamics of various indicators illustrating the work of the industry. Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko speaking at the All-Russian meeting of regional education ministers said that Russia is part of the top ten leading countries in the quality of general education and in the TOP-8 in terms of scientific research. He also noted that on behalf of the president, the formation of the development strategy is now being formed. In total, more than 1,000 offers were collected and processed. And in the end, 5 key challenges were defined: value war and patriotism, technological leadership and economics, artificial intelligence and digitalization, inequality and disunity and demographic situation.

Together with the State Duma and the Federation Council, we considered strategic directions for the development of education in modern conditions. These proposals are included in the decisions that are in our special control. These are instructions for the development of personnel potential, modernization of education, the connection of education with the economy, financing, education and patriotism-said Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko.

Sergei Kravtsov noted that in almost all indicators, Sevastopol education is in the green zone.

I want to thank Mikhail Vladimirovich for organizing a meeting. All heads of the ministries of regional regions of all of our 89 regions today, in the new Khersones, in the city of Sevastopol, participate in the meeting. Because it is important that the ministers see the magnificence that is created here today. This is a historical, cultural and historical space, this is our story, one might say, the cradle of our statehood. Therefore, we set the task for every schoolboy of our country to visit here, see, visit museums and visited Sevastopol. From the point of view of the education system, I want to note that Sevastopol is in our green zone. All presidential instructions, the implementation of national projects are carried out on time, on time, even somewhere ahead of schedule. Therefore, Mikhail Vladimirovich, I want to thank you and your team— said Sergey Kravtsov.

One of the most important issues that were discussed at the meeting was a historical education, said Mikhail Razvozozhaev.

In a certain sense, Sevastopol was an example — the course of “Sevastopollennia”, which began in schools even during the period when the city was forced to part of another state, laid the right guidelines in the minds of children. Children grew up, and many of them became participants in the events of Russian spring. And the Ministry of Education supports regional components in historical education— the head of the city emphasized.

Mikhail Pravozhaev emphasized that the entire system of teaching history at the school has now been rebuilt thanks to the Ministry of Education: a new single textbook of history has appeared.

This year, from September 1, in Sevastopol schools, in particular, new textbooks will appear for grades 5-7. For me, as a teacher of history in first education, this is very important. And as the head of the Commission of the State Council on Culture and Spiritual and moral values, I believe that a single, through teaching of history is a very correct strategy that is being implemented today in our country— said Mikhail Razvozhaev.

The meeting also spoke of the importance of an educational component in school education: “conversations about the important”, raising a flag, and execution of the anthem in schools.

In addition, the meeting participants discussed such an important topic as the introduction and educational and methodological support of the subject “Spiritual and moral culture of Russia” (a roadmap for 2025–2026 was approved).

Reference: the All -Russian meeting is held in Sevastopol from April 24 to 26. This is a platform for professional dialogue, the exchange of experience and the formation of strategic solutions in the field of education.
