The All -Russian Week of Legal Aid starts in Crimea on July 7

In accordance with the plan of measures for the implementation in 2024-2026, the Fundamentals of the State Policy for the Preservation and Strengthening of Traditional Russian Spiritual and Moral Values, approved by order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 01.07.2024 No. 1734-r, from 07.07.2025 to 07/13/2025 It is planned to conduct the All-Russian Week of Legal Assistance to Protection of Family Interests, dedicated to the day of the memory of the saints Peter and the Fevronia of the Murom (day of family, love and fidelity).
As part of the measures for legal informing and legal education of citizens living in the territory of the municipality of the city district of Yalta of the Republic of Crimea, the administration of the city of Yalta of the Republic of Crimea reports the following.
The Constitution of the Russian Federation guarantees the right to receive qualified legal assistance. In cases provided for by law, legal assistance is provided for free.
They have the right to receive free legal assistance in the Republic of Crimea:
— participants in a special military operation and veterans of military operations;
— family members of participants in a special military operation;
— citizens whose average families are lower than the cost of living, established in the Republic of Crimea in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, or lonely living citizens whose income is lower than the cost of living (poor citizens);
— disabled people of groups I and II, disabled people from childhood, persons who suffered as a result of the Chernobyl disaster;
-Veterans of the Great Patriotic War, Heroes of the Russian Federation, Heroes of the Soviet Union, Heroes of Socialist Labor, Heroes of Labor of the Russian Federation, Heroes of Ukraine, recognized by citizens of the Russian Federation in accordance with the Federal Constitutional Law of July 21, 2014 No. 6-FKZ “On the adoption of new subjects to the Russian Federation of the Russian Federation-the Republic of Crimea and the city of federal significance of Sevastopol”;
-children with disabilities, orphans, children left without parental care, persons from among orphans and children left without parental care, as well as their legal representatives and representatives if they apply for free legal assistance on issues related to the provision and protection of the rights and legitimate interests of such children;
— Persons who want to take up a child left without parental care in their family, if they apply for the provision of free legal assistance on issues related to the child to educate the family;
— adoptive parents, if they apply for the provision of free legal assistance on issues related to the provision and protection of the rights and legitimate interests of adopted children;
— citizens recognized by the court as legally incompetent, as well as their legal representatives, if they apply for free legal assistance on issues related to ensuring and protecting the rights and legitimate interests of such citizens;
— the only parent raising children (child) under the age of 14, if he appeals for the provision of free legal assistance on issues related to ensuring and protecting the rights and legitimate interests of such children (child);
— large parents with three or more children, until the older child reaches the age of eighteen years or the age of twenty -three years, provided that his training in the organization engaged in educational activities is in full -time training;
-Other categories of citizens who are granted the right in accordance with the Federal Law of 11/21/2011 No. 324-ФЗ “On Free Legal Aid in the Russian Federation” and the Law of the Republic of Crimea dated 01.09.2014 No. 59-ZRK “On Free Legal Aid in the Republic of Crimea”.
Cases of the provision of free legal assistance are established by Article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Crimea dated 01.09.2014 No. 59-ZRK “On free legal assistance in the Republic of Crimea”.
Free legal assistance is provided in the form:
— legal advice in oral and written form;
— preparation of applications, complaints, petitions and other legal documents;
— representations of the interests of a citizen in the courts, state and municipal bodies, organizations.
Free legal assistance to citizens is provided by lawyers who are participants in the state system of free legal assistance, in the manner, cases and on issues specified in the Federal Law of 11/21/2011 No. 324-ФЗ “On Free Legal Assistance in the Russian Federation” and the Law of the Republic of Crimea dated 01.09.2014 No. 59-ZRK “On free legal assistance in the Republic of Crimea”.
To receive free legal assistance, it is necessary to apply directly to lawyers who are participants in the state system of free legal assistance (information about lawyers can be obtained on the website of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Crimea https://must.rk.gov.ru or by phone 3652 52 88 45).
Documents provided to receive free legal assistance:
— a written statement on the provision of free legal assistance;
— passport or other document proving the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
— a document (documents) confirming (confirming) a citizen’s belonging to the category of persons entitled to receive free legal assistance.

We also inform that on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin in 2023 created the State Fund for support for participants in the special military operation «Defenders of the Fatherland». The main goal of the fund is the targeted support of veterans and families of the dead fighters and providing them with all the reliable support measures: medical and social rehabilitation, drug support, psychological assistance, providing technical means of rehabilitation and spa treatment, assistance in retraining and employment of veterans, free legal assistance on the issues of registering and providing social support measures.
