The Alushta sanatorium, managed by the Union of Cinematographers, demands 49 million rubles from Kyiv

The limited liability company “House of Creativity “Sanatorium Alushtinsky” filed a claim with the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Crimea against the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine and the State Agency of Water Resources of Ukraine, demanding the recovery of damages in the amount of 48,834,031.93 rubles.— it says in the determination to accept the statement of claim dated December 25, 2023.
The plaintiff also applied for a deferment in the payment of state fees, citing a difficult financial situation.
The Alushta sanatorium was transferred to the Union of Cinematographers of the Russian Federation, headed by Nikita Mikhalkov, in 2016.
