The Arbitration Court of the Republic of Crimea registered three new claims for damages from the “water blockade” of the peninsula

The State Council of the Republic of Crimea continues to provide assistance to business entities in preparing statements of claim and the necessary procedural documents for compensation for damage caused as a result of Ukraine organizing a “water blockade” of the peninsula and blocking the North Crimean Canal.
The Arbitration Court registered 3 new claims from enterprises in the agro-industrial and health resort industries. Thus, individual lawsuits were filed by: the limited liability company «AGROMAX», the Palmira Palace Hotel and the Oreanda Hotel Complex. The list of affected business entities is not exhausted; work in this direction continuessaid First Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Efim Fiks.
According to the parliamentarian, all enterprises wishing to file claims will be provided with comprehensive methodological and advisory assistance, as well as legal support during the process.
