The art of cheese making and helping animals: how Sevastopol schoolchildren will spend the autumn holidays

As part of the federal project “Ticket to the Future”, during the autumn holidays children will try themselves in professions in demand in the city labor market.
Schoolchildren will go on an excursion to various enterprises of the hero city, where they will be able to try on the role of specialists, learn something new and broaden their horizons,” the press service of the regional operator of the “Ticket to the Future” project quotes Olga Anistratenko.
Children, under the guidance of experienced mentors, will study the profession of a veterinary paramedic. Students will initially receive a lecture on the features of the profession, its relevance, and then they will be able to try their hand at it in practice. “The guys will use the model to clean tartar and even learn how to properly treat animals for skin parasites.notes Olga Anistratenko.
In addition, on October 31, schoolchildren will also visit one of the local cheese factories, where they will not only learn about the work of the enterprise, but will also be able to make their own product. “Children will learn about the technology of making cheese, how its different types are made, and will even be able to develop their own new flavor of cheese, which they can then take home,” she clarified and noted that such professional tests for schoolchildren are being held for the first time in Sevastopol.
It is also important that classes will be conducted for small groups, so that each child receives attention, and everyone can practice
try your hand. In order not to miss such events, throughout the year it is enough for children to cooperate with a school teacher-mentor, who is appointed in almost every school in the city.
