The Association of Career Guidance Organizations and Experts launched a career project for students and schoolchildren

The Association of Career Guidance Organizations and Experts, in partnership with the online platform SuperJob, launched a career guidance project to inform schoolchildren, students of leading universities and young professionals about career development opportunities in the Russian labor market. The project is being implemented with the support of Grants from the Mayor of Moscow for socially oriented NGOs of the Committee for Public Relations and Youth Policy of the City of Moscow.

The Association of Career Guidance Organizations and Experts has created a career platform to inform young professionals, students, schoolchildren and their parents about what professional areas for self-realization are available today in the Russian labor market, what qualifications and skills are needed to start a career in various fields, in what educational it is preferable to study at the institution and about many other things. On the official website of the project profori.ru in the section on professions you can learn about such specialties as logistician, recruitment manager, economist, marketer, PR manager, brand manager, lawyer, product manager and UI/UX designer,” noted the press service of the online platform SuperJob.

For each specialty, the website has developed a detailed “map” describing general information about the profession, salary ranges for specialists with different work experience, basic functionality and tips on where you can learn the profession. Each “card” contains information about which companies you can work for and what vacancies are open in the capital and regions, as well as about what can help young people at the beginning of their careers (internships, professional events and courses of the educational marketplace SuperJob) .

At the moment, the Association has launched partnerships with such leading Russian universities as MEPhI, MIPT, RANEPA, VAVT of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, REU. G.V. Plekhanov, State University of Education, Russian State University of Social Sciences, MSTU “STANKIN”, Yes MFA of the Russian Federation, MISIS, Russian Chemical Technology University named after. DI. Mendeleev, NSU, NSUEU, SPbSUT, Moscow Polytechnic, VlSU and others. Also, two colleges are already participating in the program — “Technological College No. 21” in Moscow and “Leningrad Regional College of Culture and Art”.

The Association of Organizations and Experts in Career Guidance has been creating socially significant projects in the field of career guidance and career building at the all-Russian level for 4 years now. SuperJob acts as an information partner of the project and also provides up-to-date information on the labor market based on data from the company’s Research Center.
