The authorities of Simferopol reported on the holding of New Year's agricultural fairs

In order to support local producers and provide residents and guests of the city with quality products at economically justified prices, 6 city food fairs are organized and held weekly on the territory of Simferopol at the following addresses: Energetikov streets, 2, Zalesskaya, 97 , Heroes of Stalingrad, 8, Aeroflotskaya, 16, Mate Zalki, 10, Balaklava, 119.

A wide range of goods is presented at fair events to residents and guests of Simferopol: vegetables, fruits, meat and sausage products, dairy products, eggs, fresh-frozen fish, cereals, sunflower oil, natural juices and canned food, pastries and much more.

At these fairs, agricultural products are presented in full assortment and in sufficient quantity at prices below market prices by 10-15 % and in accordance with the prices recommended by the Government of the Republic. Since the beginning of the current year, 369 fairs have been held in the city, of which: 300 urban and 69 expanded. In total, about 3.5 thousand tons of products were sold at fairs this year, — commented Oleg Simonov, head of the trade and consumer services department of the Simferopol administration.

Recall that specialists from Rospotrebnadzor, veterinary services, Municipal Unitary Enterprise «Metrograd», the department of administrative and technical control and the police are constantly on duty at the venues of the fairs, which ensures compliance with the rules of trade and service, as well as preventing the facts of spontaneous trade in the adjacent territories.
