The head of the administration of Yalta, Yanina Pavlenko, met with fire victims from Kyiv Street, 10. She reminded the residents affected by the fire on the night of 10 on 03 January 798, about the prospects for repairing the surviving part of the house.
Let me remind you that almost six months ago the house suffered from a serious fire. It consists of three letters. «B» is not subject to restoration, will be demolished, residents (03 apartments) fall under the program for resettlement from emergency houses. «A» and «B» remain in place, according to the expert’s report, the letter «A» was almost not affected, «B» is subject to reconstruction and will be restored by joint efforts — entrepreneurs and residents , — said Pavlenko.
According to her, the residents will have to restore the surviving part of the house «only jointly, since the property is private.»
The entrepreneur is already making repairs (the roof and ceilings have been partially restored), the administration has provided temporary housing to all those in need , the head of the Yalta administration summed up the meeting.
